Second Act Holdings

Terms of Use

Last updated 12 October 2026

These terms cover this website and nothing else. They are not a production agreement, an offer of representation, or a contract for any work we might do together — those are negotiated and signed separately.

Who we are

Second Act Holdings, LLC, Atlantic City, New Jersey. You can reach us at info@2act.tv about anything on this page.

What this site is

2act.tv describes who we are and the work we develop. Nothing on it is an offer, a commitment to produce anything, or a promise about how a project turns out.

We change what is here as projects move. A page you read last month may describe something differently today, and we do not keep earlier versions published.

Using the site

You may read the site, link to it, and share its pages. Please do not try to break into it, test its security without asking us first, scrape it in a way that degrades it for other people, or use the form to send anything unlawful.

We allow AI assistants to read the site on purpose, and publish a summary at /llms.txt for that reason. A company that wants to be found benefits from being described accurately.

Our films, writing and images

The footage, photography, written copy, logos and the name Second Act Holdings are ours or are licensed to us. Quoting a line with credit is fine. Reusing the video, the photography or the logo is not, unless we have agreed to it in writing.

If you believe something here infringes your rights, write to info@2act.tv with enough detail to identify the material and we will look at it promptly.

Material you send us

Our contact form is for getting in touch. It is not a submissions channel, and we cannot accept unsolicited stories, scripts, treatments or project ideas through it.

If you send us creative material anyway, you are sending it unsolicited and not in confidence. We may already be developing something similar, from our own work or from material brought to us elsewhere, and nothing sent through this site gives you a claim on a project we go on to make. We are not agreeing to keep it secret, to return it, or to pay for it.

If you want to bring us a project properly, say so in the form without the material itself and we will tell you how.

The privacy policy explains what we do with the information you type into the form, who processes it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Links to other sites

Where we link out, we are pointing at something we thought worth reading. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for what they publish or collect.

Availability, and the limits of what we promise

We keep the site up and accurate as best we can, but we provide it as it is. We do not promise it will always be reachable, free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose you have in mind.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data and indirect loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Changes, and which law applies

We may change these terms. The date at the top is when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, and the state and federal courts sitting in New Jersey are where any dispute about them belongs.
